DURATION AND CHARGES

Naeva ready to buy products are shipped within 5 to 7 business days upon order placement. The custom products are shipped based on each product’s processing time which ranges from 14- 21 days. The exact delivery time varies according to the shipping address. Please allow us 5-7 working days for products within Mumbai/Maharashtra, 10-12 working days for Metro Cities and 14-20 working days for Non – Metros and Remote Locations. A confirmation email with the tracking details will be sent upon dispatching the order, the same could be used to track the order on our delivery partner’s website. Naeva provides shipping to Pan India. We provide free shipping to Pan India. Cash on delivery will be only accepted if the order value is or is less than 49999/- . COD charges of 1000/- will be applied for the same.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION AND SITUATIONAL DELAYS

The address and pin-code provided by you will be verified by Naeva database before order placement of any kind. However, under circumstances where the address is not serviceable by our delivery partners, the customer would be asked to provide an alternate serviceable shipping address. Naeva will not be deemed responsible for any dispute arising out of non – delivery / late – delivery on such ‘non-serviceable’ shipping addresses. If multiple orders are placed in one purchase session on the same shipping address, it is Naeva’s discretion to ship the products individually, or as one shipment. Although it is our constant endeavor to meet the delivery deadlines as mentioned above, Naeva will not be held responsible for any delay caused due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances/events.
